Refund policy

Return Eligibility
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return of a returnable item, which includes gil'cee prints only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To start a return, you can contact us at deanalicedesigns@gmail.com.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please photograph any damage to packaging upon receipt and before opening. Then contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged and include photos of the damage in your e-mail. 

Non-returnable items
Custom or personalized artwork, commissions or digital products are non-returnable. 

Refunds
Original payment method will be refunded. Please include a processing time of 5-10 business days after receipt of return. All shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
